Who We Are
The Piston Poppers are a model airplane flying club. We fly control line airplanes (not RC airplanes). You might say we really "feel the pull" of this hobby!
Club Meetings and Winter Build Sessions
Club meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month at the EAA Hangar, Anoka Co. Airport, Blaine, MN. Enter from 93rd Lane at the automatic gates on the West side, turn right on Airport Road, go south past the airport beacon, to the blue EAA hangar, located between Thunderbolt Aviation and the Golden Wings Museum. Meetings start at 7:30 PM. Visitors are always welcome. There is a map at the end of every newsletter. Build sessions are at the same location.
